On more than one occasion , the conversation led to some sort of sign on central. From there , many came up with the idea of putting a "chicken on the corner" , waving the people into LePeep. We all laughed and dismissed the idea ….at first. On December 31st , the Fiesta Bowl Parade moves down Central and we needed to do something to get the people's attention.
